Ticket Refunds & Exchanges
At Forte Theatre, ticket sales directly support our artists, students, and productions. Because of this, all ticket sales are final. That said, we understand that plans can change and we’ll always do our best to help.
Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance within the same season if requested at least 24 hours before showtime, subject to availability.
Exchanges requested less than 24 hours before showtime cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
A performance is cancelled and not rescheduled.
Forte Theatre makes a significant change to the performance (such as a major venue change or cancellation of more than half the performance).
In rare circumstances, at Forte Theatre’s discretion.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Ticketing or processing fees are non-refundable.
Missed Performances
Tickets for missed performances or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Weather & External Conditions
Performances will proceed as scheduled unless officially cancelled by Forte Theatre. Weather, traffic, or personal scheduling conflicts do not qualify for refunds.
Unable to Attend?
If you’re no longer able to attend your performance, you may choose to convert your ticket into a tax-deductible donation, helping ensure Forte’s work continues.
